3) Were you named after anyone?: Yeah, my first and third names are my Grandfather, my second is my father's, the rest are various eldest-son predecessor types. It's an Arab thing.

4) Does your name mean anything?: Yes, Suleman is Solomon, the baby-killing psychopa - er, I mean, wise king. And the el-Kurd surname means The Kurd, as I'm a descendant of a Kurdish fellow who left the Ottoman Army and settled in Palestine.

5) Nick Name(s): Sam, Splend (on the internet) and The Moghty One (thanks to a silly typo of mine on my Uni's Science Fiction and Fantasy Society forum).

6) What do you think you look like: A crazy homeless man with wild hair and unkempt stubble-beard. But apparently I don't look that bad, which is nice.

7) Date Of Birth: Not saying, identity thieves are EVERYWHERE! Suffice to say, I'm 24.

70) What is a dream that you have all the time? I don't tend to get recurring dreams so much as recurring themes and especially landscapes. I see a lot of cliffy landscapes in my dreams, usually quite scary to someone with height issues like me. I put it down to growing up in Jordan (school busses would go up some pretty cliffy places to pick kids up) and devoloping a fear of heights at Masada (this is normal - have you SEEN that place? It's bloody HUGE! and the stone steps are worn and smooth with NO handrails!).

72) Do you have nightmares?: Ver rarely now, thankfully. I used to have recurring ones about ET (yes, THAT ET, shut up) and, latterly, recurring ones about a malevolent presence in my room that would stop me from doing things and interfere with my senses and mock me cruelly. But that pretty much stopped many months ago, so that's alright.

73) Sleep with a stuffed animal: I don't sleep with him, but Wolfie my cuddly huskie does belong on the bed. He tends to get relegated to the floor when I clamber in, though, bless him.

81) Hiding in your closet?: I don't get it. Are you asking what's in my wardrobe? Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's pretty much just clothes, it's not fancy. There's no portal to a magical farway land filled with satyrs and centaurs and Christ allegories. It's just a damned wardrobe.

82) Under your bed: God, I don't want to know. Empty boxes, dust, empty plastic bags, probably a colony of spiders. Brrrr.

87) Your favorite time of year?: Autumn and Spring. I like the transitional months. Everyone seems to make a big fuss of summer or winter, I feel these two are underrepresented, especially Autumn.

88) Your favorite holiday?: Christmas. I like the religious aspect, but I love the fact that you don't have to be a Christian to enjoy and appreciate it. It's the best of both worlds. And it's NOT WinterMas or anything ridiculous like that, you crazy PCs

89) A material weakness?: Coffee and DVDs and stuff. You know, stuff. Memorabilia type things.

90) The weirdest food or drink that you like: Mullukhiyya, essentially green slime with meaty chunks slopped onto rice. I'm salivating right now. Don't judge me.

93) A pet peeve?: People repeating themselves when I heard them the first time, people forcing ME to repeat myself when I was perfectly clear the first time, people with big egos and not a hell of a lot else, scrotes and chavvy types.

94) Your scariest moment: Being bombed reigns high, I guess, but I don't dwell on the scary times much. Getting attacked at the hostel I used to work at was pretty intense. Any time I have to take responsibility is pretty scary too

95) Your attitude about love?: Far too comlicated to be pinned down here, I'm not even sure if I understand it myself.

96) The funniest or most desperate thing you've done to get the attention of the opposite sex?: Er, I can't remember anything. I'm bloody sure there was something, though.
